Update: Kongbo signed with the Vols on Wednesday afternoon
The recruitment of top-rated junior college player Jonathan Kongbo III has been strange to say the least, and it took another turn on the morning of Signing Day.
After reports initially said he would sign around 10 am ET, Kongbo pushed his announcement back in the day to 2 pm MT, which is 4 pm ET.

He will announce between Tennessee, Ole Mis, Florida State, Alabama and USC. This one is too close to call for the former Tennessee commitment who de-committed, but has kept UT very much in the running.
Four Tennessee coaches visited him on the week leading up to signing day, and we know UT has put the full-court press on getting him back in the fold, but this one will come down to the moment he signs.
