Any remaining concerns about Jonathan Kongbo III were relieved on Thursday afternoon.
The top-ranked junior college player in the nation sent in his official National Letter of Intent to Tennessee, according to a report from GoVols247:

Tennessee announced Kongbo on National Signing Day after receiving financial-aid papers from him, but were waiting for the official, binding NLI, to be signed by both of his parents to be sent in.
Kongbo III himself silenced many fears on the issue via Twitter earlier this week, and now it appears that it’s a 100% done deal – not that there was ever a ton of fear to begin with.
