5. Kevin Sumlin
A younger, dynamic recruiter who has guided A&M into the SEC with more overall success than most envisioned, Sumlin’s teams have finished in the top 20 three of the past four years. I get the concerns. The Aggies haven’t been going in the right direction the past couple years, and some have some suggested he could be on the hot seat if the Aggies falter in 2015. But I want somebody who has won at multiple stops, been near the top of the SEC and who can recruit at a high level if I’m building a new program.
