7. DE LaTroy Lewis
Lewis is another underlooked defensive lineman that gets lost in the shuffle of UT’s star power up front. He played more and more as the 2014 season progressed, drawing a start in the regular-season finale against Vanderbilt and then playing a lot of snaps in the TaxSlayer Bowl win over Iowa. Lewis is another example of a veteran defensive lineman that would start at other programs that UT will have the luxury of bringing off the bench.
