5. OLB Eric Striker, Oklahoma
The aptly-named Oklahoma outside linebacker may not have the NFL upside of some of the other guys on this list, but in terms of matchup and prior history with UT, he’s definitely earned a spot on this list. It felt like Striker was in the backfield every other play when the Vols travelled to Norman early in 2014. He was able to expose a young Coleman Thomas at right tackle, and if what we’ve seen in camp so far is an indication, there’s a good chance that Thomas will be manning the right tackle post again for the Vols to start the season – meaning a scary rematch of that 2014 battle could be coming.
