4D Fitness, the brand new state-of-the-art of fitness and training center at Tennessee Sports Medicine Group, is seeking individuals who are ready for a lifestyle change. To celebrate the grand opening of their new workout facility, TSMG and 4D Fitness are offering a free month of training and nutrition consulting for a RTI fan with two of 4D Fitness’ finest personal trainers Aaron Stout and Holly Grady. If you’re not only looking to cut a few pounds, but are ready to take the journey of wellness to better your entire lifestyle with changes that will last, 4D Fitness is the place for you. The individual chosen must be comfortable having their photograph and fitness journey documented on the TSMG website, and must have a flexible schedule. The 4-D Fitness Center is a 7,000 sq foot facility staffed with physical Therapists, certified personal trainers, massage therapists, exercise physiologists, golf performance trainers and Active Isolated Stretching practitioners.

4-D FITNESS FOCUSES ON DESIGNING AN INDIVIDUALIZED FITNESS PROGRAM BASED ON COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF THE CLIENTS, INCLUDING:

  • Client specific goals
  • Posture
  • 3 Dimensional movement analysis
  • Extremity and core flexibility / joint range of motion
  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Core and total body strength assessment
  • Nutritional and hydration inventory
  • Cell inflammation and ph testing
  • Orthopedic evaluation of current of chronic musculoskeletal conditions
  • Video gait analysis

PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION INCLUDES:

  • Active Isolated Stretching – restoration of joint and spinal range of motion
  • Soft tissue massage and joint mobilization
  • Functional rehabilitative strength development
  • Balance, stability and coordination skill acquisition
  • Nutritional and weight loss program
  • Cardiovascular training
