Defensive Line
This group misses Curt Maggitt. Early in the game they failed to get any kind of consistent pressure on Grier and Kelvin Taylor broke free for a 47-yard TD run after running through a Danny O’Brien arm tackle. Kyle Phillips and Derek Barnett did find some success late, but all told Taylor had lanes to run through and Grier, playing behind a young offensive line, had plenty of time to throw it for much of the day. Tennessee’s defensive line recorded 21 tackles, but just 2.5 tackles for loss and 1 sack.
