Miami Dolphins rookie punter Matt Darr showed why he won a job out of training camp after graduating from Tennessee following the 2014 season. He’s been a pleasant surprise for the Dolphins all year and he absolutely boomed a 70-yard punt on Thursday Night Football against the Patriots. It was a ball that travelled over 75 yards in the air and helped the Dolphins flip the field against the defending Super Bowl champs.
Darr’s career long punt at Tennessee was 61 yards (at Florida, 2014).
