Four current Tennessee commitments were named Mr. Football Semifinalists in the state of Tennessee on Thursday.

Receiver Tee Higgins of Oak Ridge High School from the 2017 class was named a semifinalist in the Division I, Class 5A Back classification, while 2018 offensive lineman Cade Mays of Knoxville Catholic is a semifinalist in the Division I, 4A Lineman group.

Two finalists from each category will be announced on Nov. 16 with the winners being announced on Nov. 30 at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.
