Tennessee is reinforcing its 2016 class over the weekend with a huge weekend of visitors.
The Vols are also building their depth by way of adding quality walk-ons, and another one committed on Sunday afternoon when Brentwood (Tenn.) Academy lineman Brian Garvey tweeted that he’s accepted an opportunity to play at UT.
Garvey will be classified as a preferred walk-on.

Garvey was a high school teammate of 2016 commitment offensive tackle Ryan Johnson and rising junior defensive end Derek Barnett, who has emerged as one of the best players on Tennessee’s roster.
Garvey and Johnson helped lead Brentwood Academy to a DII AA state title in 2015. Garvey will come in with at least three scholarship offensive linemen – Johnson, Marcus Tatum and Nathan Niehaus. The Vols also hosted five-star Landon Dickerson over the weekend.
