2. Defensive adjustments
There will be no overhaul of the defense with new coordinator Bob Shoop. Butch Jones brought him in to make enhancements and adjustments, not huge changes. Still, there will be some wrinkles to learn and some new looks here and there, with perhaps some slight philosophical shifts as well. We’ll perhaps get a few ideas of what that might look like in spring practice, though Shoop and Jones will want to unleash their best plans for Saturdays in the fall.
