The quarterback position hasn’t been one of ups and downs or many surprises. Between Joshua Dobbs, Quinten Dormady, and Sheriron Jones (before he was injured), each one was consistently improving their game every day. But Dobbs has really stepped up and taken the reins of this team. Not only is he the unquestioned leader of the offense, he is making more and more plays with his arm that he wasn’t making last year. His accuracy still has to improve, but make no mistake about it, it’s gotten better. With five months to go before the season starts, Dobbs could really become the complete QB Tennessee needs him to be.
