The 10 Best Recruits of the Butch Jones Era

    Since Butch Jones took over as head football coach at Tennessee in December of 2012, he and his staff have hauled in a number of quality recruits who have come in and made major contributions to the Vols. Some of these players were majorly underrated, and some have lived up to their high billing.

    There have been 10 players Butch Jones has helped bring in who have especially stood out in his time as head coach at Tennessee. There are still players from the 2013-15 classes who haven’t had the playing time yet to prove their merit, so this list could change even as quickly as this upcoming season. But this current list takes into account how much the player has done on the field more than their initial rankings when they committed.
