Overall
The beginning of the game went about as poorly as it could have for the Vols, but the team made adjustments after the first quarter and forced turnovers on defense. Dobbs exploded for five total touchdowns, and the Vols won in front of a historic crowd. Mistakes were made, but Tennessee overcame those and didn’t squander a lead in the second half. That’s progress.
