2. Play to win for 60 minutes
Tennessee looked like it had the win in Gainesville last year. And while there were several factors that ultimately contributed to UT coming up short, one of them certainly was UT going into its shell offensively late in the fourth quarter when the Vols had a chance to end it. I mentioned earlier that the Vols can’t give Florida anything too easily, but there’s a balance there that must be struck by Butch Jones and the coaching staff. If there’s a 3rd and 6 that can end the game in the fourth, put the ball in your senior quarterback’s hands and let him go try to win the game.
