Friday Top 10: Most Memorable Plays of The Jones Era

7. Hurd spins and scores on 4th down at SC in 2014

Many people point to the win at South Carolina in 2014 as the game that got the Vols going in the right direction. Without this fourth-down play from Jalen Hurd, that victory probably never happens. Dobbs dumps a screen pass off to Hurd on 4th-and-6,  South Carolina has it well defended, but the freshman back spins through out tackle, keeps his balance and breaks another before crossing the goal line to cut the deficit to one score with 6:35 remaining. It took several huge plays to complete the comeback, but this one stands out.
