Kenny Bynum stepped up when needed most for the Vols, and he’s been a steady hand at linebacker when the Vols were incredibly young or had sustained injuries at the position. Bynum has played in 34 games including every game over the last two seasons, and he’s made four starts in his career. Bynum’s first start came in the TaxSlayer Bowl against Iowa, and he made his most recent start against Georgia this season. Bynum has mostly played on special teams this year. In his 34 games, Bynum has registered 25 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, and a pass breakup.
