2. Citrus Bowl vs. Penn State
A matchup with James Franklin’s Penn State squad has been a possibility the past few years, and maybe this is the season that it finally happens. There is no love lost between the Vols and Vanderbilt’s former coach, who is starting to turn the corner a bit at PSU after a slow start. If Florida or Auburn is the SEC rep for the Sugar Bowl, there’s a good chance that the Citrus Bowl could be the consolation prize for the Vols.
