Quarterback
Will McBride made his first ever career start in this game, and he did some good things. His touchdown pass to Ethan Wolf was his best throw of the night, and it was a beautiful one. He also ripped off a 43-yard run and had several tough runs. But he also made mistakes and was picked off twice (although one was on a tipped pass), and he fumbled once as well. He was sacked five times, and it’s hard to judge his performance when Tennessee had a patchwork offensive line and were down Marquez Callaway at receiver.
