Jauan Jennings made headlines everywhere earlier this week with an Instagram post bashing Tennessee’s coaching staff. Shortly after, he was dismissed from the football team.
Jennings made another post on Instagram on Saturday. Only this post won’t grab nearly as many headlines.
The now-former Vol wide receiver took to Instagram on Saturday to thank the football team and express his love for Tennessee’s seniors. Here’s his full statement from his Instagram post:
Jennings was dismissed on Wednesday mere hours after his videos on Instagram went up. There’s been no word on what Jennings’ next move will be. It’s unclear if he can attempt to be reinstated with Tennessee for the 2018 season. He also has the options to transfer to another school or declare for the NFL draft.
