Shocky Jacques-Louis was once committed to the Vols. But he decommitted on November 12th and has been receiving attention from tons of teams since. Ohio State and Oregon have both extended offers to him since he decommitted from Tennessee, and Pittsburgh has been pursuing him hard as well.
Jacques-Louis is a three-star wide receiver who is rated as the No. 86 overall player and No. 85 player in the state of Florida. Aside from Ohio State and Oregon, he also holds offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Georgia, Kentucky, and others.
Tennessee appears to still be in good standing with Jacques-Louis, but the lack of a wide receivers coach and the overall coaching change probably hurts the Vols too much to land his signature.
