Vol fans know what kind of physical freak Alvin Kamara is. And now NFL fans do as well, as the former Vol running back scorched NFL defenses on his way to a Rookie of the Year award with the New Orleans Saints in 2017.

Now Kamara is back in the spotlight for his incredible athleticism. But it has nothing to do with his play on the field this time.

Kamara was filmed doing an insane workout on Wednesday in which he towed a Jeep in reverse while he carried weights as well. Don’t believe us? Then check out the video below as proof:

Kamara may not be the biggest back, but Vol fans know how strong and hard to bring down he actually is. And he showcased that in the NFL as well. Kamara is shifty and elusive, but he can also break free of tackles and make defenders look weak by comparison. The 5-foot-10, 215 pound back can pack a punch.

As a rookie, Kamara racked up 1,554 yards of total offense and 14 total touchdowns (8 rushing, 5 receiving, 1 kickoff). He won the NFL Rookie of the Year award for his performance in his first season in the league, and he will be a pivotal part of the Saints’ offense in 2018 as well.
