One of the more intriguing and versatile players in the Vols’ 2018 class, Flowers could play either safety or corner for the Vols. Though he wasn’t the most highly-rated player in Tennessee’s 2018 signing class (he was the No. 932 overall player), but teams came calling for him late. The Vols had to fight off Clemson for his signature, and he was viewed as a steal by Tennessee’s staff. He also played baseball in high school, and there’s a chance he’ll play for UT’s baseball team too. But Flowers has undeniable talent on the football field too, and he may be able to make an impact as a true freshman.
