Josh Heupel Discusses Tennessee’s First Scrimmage

Tennessee football coach Josh Heupel met with the media following Thursday’s scrimmage inside Neyland Stadium. The Vols have now held seven practices this Spring, as today was the coaching staffs first look at players in a game style atmosphere.

The football program announced earlier on Thursday that Saturday’s practice will be open to fans. The practice will begin at 10am ET and last until noon. The entrance at Gate 21 will open at 9:15am and fans will be allowed into the lower bowl of the stadium, while staying socially distanced.

Hopefully for the fans that are looking to get a glimpse of the new offense, the weather will behave. The forecast calls for 70% chance of rain, so be weary of that when deciding to attend. If the weather doesn’t hold up, they will move to the indoor facility.
