There are plenty of sports betting options when it comes to the Grizzlies in the NBA playoffs. You can bet on an individual game, or place a futures bet on whether they can win the Western Conference title or the NBA title. There will also be a ton of prop bets available on Ja Morant and his teammates for all of their playoff games.

With the Grizzlies posting the NBA’s second-best record during the regular season, it’s understandable if your expectations are high for the postseason.

Grizzlies Look To Take Next Step

A franchise that started in Vancouver before moving to Memphis has never reached the NBA Finals, let alone win the championship. And even if they’re not among the favorites this year, they’re heading in the right direction.

A year ago, the Grizzlies were eliminated by the Utah Jazz in the first round. The good news was that Memphis ended a three-season playoff drought a year ago. Now they want to take things several steps further.

Memphis’ best season came in 2012-13 as it made the Western Conference Finals. San Antonio, however, put an end to the season for the Grizzlies. In 2014-15, they reached the conference semifinals before losing to Golden State.

With Morant missing a good deal of time during the regular season, it allowed others to step up, and the team kept right on winning in his absence. Forwards Dillon Brooks and Jaren Jackson Jr, and guard Desmond Bane carried the load offensively without Morant. Center Steven Adams isn’t a top-scoring threat, but his 10 rebounds per game are vital.
