Tennessee Opens As Massive Favorites Against Vanderbilt In Regular Season Finale

Tennessee football opened as a 26.5-point favorites against Vanderbilt in next week’s regular season finale at Neyland Stadium, according to Draft Kings.

The over/under is set at 56.5.

Tennessee is 5-5 against the spread this season. The Vols are 3-4 against the spread in SEC games, failing to cover against Florida, Missouri, Georgia and Alabama but doing so at home against South Carolina and Texas A&M and at Kentucky. The over has hit in five Tennessee games this season, the under has hit five times and pushed once.

Vanderbilt is 1-10 against the spread this season and 1-6 against the spread in SEC games. The Commodores covered the spreads in their 37-20 loss against Georgia last month. The over has hit seven times in Vanderbilt games this season, the under has hit three times and pushed once.

Tennessee enters the regular season finale 7-4 (3-4 SEC) on the season. The Vols are looking to end the regular season with a victory after lopsided losses the last two week against Missouri and Vanderbilt.

The Commodores are coming off its second open date of the season after playing a week zero game against Hawaii. It’s been a disappointing season for Vanderbilt and enter the regular season finale with a 2-10 (0-7 SEC) record. The Commodores’ last win was on Sept.2 against Alabama A&M.
