Brown is a 6-foot-9, 250-pound big man that ranks as a four-star recruit and the No. 141 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. The Hoover native ranks as the No. 22 center in the country and the top player in the state of Alabama in the 2025 recruiting class.
As a member of the 2025 recruiting class, Brown wouldn’t join Tennessee until after the next season.

The dominant big man helped lead Hoover to a 30-3 record and a AHSSA 7A State Championship. Brown also landed on the All-State Team following the conclusion of the season.
Brown took a number of visits this fall and winter seeing Alabama, Auburn and LSU once. He took an official visit to Tennessee for the Vols’ matchup against Vanderbilt in mid February. Mississippi State is the only school that Brown’s taken multiple visits too, seeing the Bulldogs in January and then again in March for an official visit.
Tennessee currently doesn’t have a commitment in the 2025 recruiting class but they have actively pursued Caleb Wilson, Shon Abaev, EJ Walker and Aleks Alston while hosting all of them on visits to date.
Landing Brown would give Tennessee the No. 12 recruiting class early in the 2025 recruiting cycle according to the 247sports team rankings.
