The Browns hold the draft’s No. 2 pick and do not have any other first-round selections, so they would need to jump back into the first round to make this a reality.
Jalen Milroe to be Drafted in Second Round: (-160): There are a couple of fringe first-round quarterbacks in the mix this season, with Alabama’s Jalen Milroe and Ole Miss’ Jaxson Dart among them. Will Milroe fall to the draft’s second day?
