No. 17 Kansas St. vs. No. 22 Iowa State – Noon ET
Wildcats and Cyclones are rolling into the Emerald Isle on Saturday, as the 2025 NCAA Football season kicks off from Dublin. No. 17 Kansas St. will take on No. 22 Iowa State on Saturday afternoon, a rematch of last season’s Big 12 Championship. Kansas State are slight favorites to avenge that loss.
UNLV vs. Idaho St. – 4 p.m. ET
Dan Mullen makes his return to the sidelines with UNLV, a team that is featuring a dual-quarterback attack. Both Anthony Colandrea and Alex Orji are expected to get snaps under center for the Rebels as they look to take down Idaho State. UNLV is heavy favorites in the mid-afternoon affair.
Fresno St. vs. Kansas – 6:30 p.m. ET
E.J. Warner, son of NFL Hall of Famer Kurt Warner, is set to make his Fresno State debut against Kansas. The Rice transfer dropped 430 yards and three touchdowns in his final game against South Florida last season, so he’s looking to make some noise with his new home in the Mountain West. Kansas has the edge ahead of this tilt.
Sam Houston vs. Western Kentucky – 7 p.m. ET
These two CUSA foes are slated for a Saturday evening clash in Bowling Green. Sam Houston has a lot to prove after notching 10 wins last season, but standing in their way is the Hilltoppers’ revamped squad that features 40 transfers. Sam Houston are underdogs in this one.
Hawaii vs. Stanford – 7:30 p.m. ET
The Rainbow Warriors and Cardinal will meet to cap off a Saturday full of football, and Hawaii will roll out redshirt freshman Micah Alejado. In his only start last season, Alejado aired it out for 469 passing yards and five touchdowns. The Hawaii Rainbow Warriors have a tiny edge.
