The Game

The Tennessee Volunteers and Syracuse Orange will kick off their 2025 regular season campaigns in a non-conference game from a neutral site that plays much more into Tennessee’s favor based on location. The stadium is only a 213-mile drive from Knoxville, whereas it’s a 963-mile haul from Syracuse, NY. That plays into Tennessee’s favor in terms of a home-field advantage.

This will be the fourth all-time matchup between the Volunteers and the Orange. Tennessee has won all three, with the first-ever meeting taking place in 1966. The Vols won that game, 18-12, in Jacksonville, FL. The next matchup came in 1998, when Tennessee squeaked out a 34-33 win over Syracuse in New York. The most recent game took place in 2001, with Tennessee winning by a score of 33-9 in Neyland Stadium.

Tennessee is currently a point favorite heading into the game on Saturday at Noon ET. Here’s where you can find the latest promo codes and bonuses in the state of Tennessee.
