Tennessee football is set to hold its SEC opener against Georgia on Saturday. The game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. ET and will air on ABC. Heading into the game, UT took part in the traditional Vol Walk just outside of Neyland Stadium.
This is the second Vol Walk of the season after Tennessee made its home debut with a strong 72-17 win over ETSU. Now, it’s a top-15 clash with the Bulldogs, with the country locked in. ESPN College GameDay picked Knoxville as the host site for its fan-favorite show that aired from Ayers Hall this morning.
However, Tennessee will be without some notable pieces in the game. The Vols are officially without cornerbacks Jermod McCoy and Rickey Gibson, defensive linemen Daevin Hobbs and Jaxson Moi and offensive lineman David Sanders Jr. in the game. In good news, defensive end Tyree Weathersby will attempt to give it a go.
