No. 15 Tennessee (2-1) will host UAB (2-1) on Saturday afternoon in Neyland Stadium in Week 4 action. The Volunteers began the season with wins over Syracuse and East Tennessee State before falling to Georgia last Saturday in overtime. The Blazers, meanwhile, began the season with a win over Alcorn State, lost to Navy, and beat Akron by staving off a comeback last weekend.

ESPN Analytics gives Tennessee a 98.7% chance to win the game on Saturday. The betting line also heavily favors the Volunteers.

Tennessee is currently a point favorite against UAB this weekend. Circa Sports opened the line at -35 on Sunday, but it shifted even more in Tennessee’s direction fairly quickly.

Here’s a look at some of the various odds for the game coming up on Saturday:

More From RTI: UAB Coach Trent Dilfer’s Connection To Tennessee Football’s Roster

After dominating the defensive side of the ball in 2024, Tennessee has seen an explosion on the offensive side here in 2025. The Vols are averaging 568.7 yards and 52.7 points per game through the first three contests, with much of that success attributed to starting quarterback Joey Aguilar.

Aguilar has been a great fit with Josh Heupel’s offense since transferring in from App State/UCLA in the spring window. He’s got 906 total passing yards, nine touchdowns, and two interceptions through the air, and also found the endzone on the ground for the first time last week against Georgia.

Aguilar has clearly found a strong connection with wide receiver Chris Brazzell, who is off to career numbers in the first three games. Brazzell leads Tennessee’s pass catchers with 20 receptions, 364 yards, and five touchdowns.

While Tennessee is dealing with multiple injuries to starters on the defensive side of the ball, it has still seen multiple playmakers step up and create havoc for opposing offenses. Tennessee EDGE rusher Joshua Josephs has been a machine while rushing the quarterback and is currently tied for the SEC lead in sacks with three. He’s backed up by Caleb Herring and Jordan Ross, who have also been nice pieces on the Vols’ defensive line.

Another standout for Tennessee early in the season is cornerback Colton Hood. The former Colorado transfer was inserted into the starting lineup before the season and has dominated his side of the field. Hood has five passes defended so far this season, which is tied for the most in the conference. Linebacker Arion Carter also has a league-leading individual statistic with 27 total tackles through the first three games.
