Tennessee football is looking to bounce back from its third loss of the 2025 season when they host New Mexico State at Neyland Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 15. Kickoff between the Vols and Lobos is at 4:15 p.m. ET with the SEC Network broadcasting the game.
The SEC announced the game time and broadcast designation back in June with the SEC releasing its entire week 12 slate kickoff time and broadcast details Monday.
Tennessee’s matchup against New Mexico State is its fifth game in the afternoon time slot this season along with its matchups with Georgia, UAB, Mississippi State and Arkansas. The Vols have also played two games in the noon time slot and three night games through their first nine games this season.
The announcers are not set for the Vols’ matchup against New Mexico State. However, Tennessee has played in the 4:15 p.m. ET game on the SEC Network twice this season. Dave Neal, Fozzy Whittaker and Morgan Uber were the announcers for both games.

Tennessee enters the New Mexico State game with a 6-3 (3-3 SEC) record and will face the Lobos coming off their second open date of the season. The Vols are all but eliminated from the College Football Playoffs following their loss against Oklahoma last weekend but they’re still looking to finish the regular season strong with rivalry matchups against Florida and Vanderbilt following the New Mexico State game.
New Mexico State is currently 3-5 (1-4 CUSA) ahead of its conference matchup against Kennesaw State this weekend. Ironically, former Tennessee running back’s coach Jerry Mack is the Kennesaw State head coach.
The Lobos have lost three straight games and five of their last six games after opening up the year with wins over Bryant and Tulsa.
Top SEC games in week 11 include Oklahoma-Alabama at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC Texas-Georgia at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC and Florida-Ole Miss at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
