Missouri sports betting is prepared to get underway on December 1, 2025, and the state has confirmed that a variety of sportsbooks will be available for customers when the market opens.
Voters legalized sports betting in Missouri by approving Amendment 2 on the November ballot last year. On Dec. 6, 2024, it was confirmed that the ballot initiative only passed 2,961 votes (1,478,652 to 1,475,691), though that was all it took.
The Missouri Gaming Commission (MGC) announced for the first time the state’s intent to launch on Dec. 1 on May 15, 2025. It was able to maintain that target in the following months and, on Sept. 12, closed the window for applicants who wanted to join the Dec. 1 launch.
Approved sportsbooks were allowed to register customers as of Nov. 17, two weeks before the official MO sports betting window opened at 12:01 a.m. on launch day. Here, we will look at the best MO sports betting apps that are expected to be available for customers, along with the sign-up bonuses for each.
Here’s a list of the top MO sportsbooks that were temporarily approved for the Dec. 1 launch.

-
Circa Sports
Circa sports is one of two untethered sports betting licensees (DraftKings is the other), meaning that it did not have to acquire a land-based casino or sports team partner for market access. It was granted this opportunity by the MGC ahead of FanDuel, as it made the case that it was a worthy recipient because of its customer-first approach. Circa sports doesn’t have a large customer base, but it is known as the “sharpest” sportsbook, offers favorable odds, and doesn’t impose many of the same restrictions as other books.
Top features: Low , high betting and deposit limits

Rather, it is a business-to-business technology provider that works with various sportsbooks throughout the country. It’s unclear which sportsbook will use Kambi’s license to operate as a Missouri sports betting app.
