With over a week until Tennessee football meets Florida in Gainesville, DraftKings has released the betting odds for the rivalry matchup. As of the morning of Friday, Nov. 14, the Vols are 4.5-point favorites in the game.
Kickoff between UT and the Gators still doesn’t have a set time. It could begin at 3:30, 7 or 7:30 p.m. ET. The TV designation will be announced at the same time as the kickoff time.
Before Tennessee plays Florida, it is set to host New Mexico State this Saturday. The Vols are 38.5-point favorites against the Aggies, according to FanDuel. So far, 85% of the money and 72% of bettors have picked UT covering. The over/under point total is set at 61.5 combined points.

If Tennessee does beat Florida on the road, it’d mark the first win in Gainesville for the Vols since 2003. Under Josh Heupel, UT is 2-2 in the series, but both wins have come in Knoxville.
His first trip to play Florida came in his first season in 2021. The Gators, still with Dan Mullen, won 38-14. In 2023, Tennessee went in with a better chance to win, but dropped the game 29-16 with Joe Milton III at quarterback.
Now, Florida is under interim head coach Billy Gonzales. So far, he steered the Gators to a narrow loss to Georgia before getting dismantled by Kentucky. This week, Florida has a trip to Ole Miss.
UF is likely to start DJ Lagway at quarterback, but he was benched during the loss to the Wildcats last week. He continues to struggle with protecting the ball, throwing 12 interceptions and just 11 touchdowns. In relief, it was Tramell Jones Jr. getting a chance. Former Vol Harrison Bailey is also in the quarterback room.
