Tennessee football is back in action on Saturday afternoon with an out-of-conference clash against New Mexico State. The game kicks off at 4:15 p.m. ET and will air on SEC Network. Heading into the game, UT took part in the traditional Vol Walk just outside of Neyland Stadium.
This is the sixth and penultimate home Vol Walk of the season after Tennessee made its home debut with a strong win over ETSU. Then, it fell in overtime to Georgia in a nail-biter. The following week, it downed UAB before. After a road trip, UT returned and beat Arkansas at home. After a loss to Oklahoma, the Vols are meeting NMSU, then Vanderbilt to round out the season’s slate of home games.
This game will also feature Smokey Grey jerseys as UT holds its ‘Salute to Service’ game.
