GAINESVILLE, FL – Tennessee Football is geared up for an SEC rivalry game against the Florida Gators on Saturday night in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. The Vols aren’t just looking for their eighth win of the season, but are also looking to snap a 22-year losing streak in Gainesville. Will this be the night that Tennessee finally does what it hasn’t in two decades? We’ll have to wait and see.
Tennessee quarterback Joey Aguilar has thrown for 200+ passing yards in 34 straight games. He’s on the verge of surpassing 3,000 yards for the entire season. The Vols will need a big night from the former App State signal caller if they want to take care of business in The Swamp.
Florida, meanwhile, is just looking to get to the finish line of the season to switch gears to the coaching search. The Gators are 3-7 on the year, but few things would make for a better Thanksgiving week than to continue the streak with a win on Saturday night.
