After missing consecutive games for Lady Vols basketball due to personal reasons, forward Alyssa Latham is back to warming up with the team ahead of the game against Tennessee. This does not confirm that she will play in the game, but is a great sign that she is going to return.
After UT’s most recent win over MTSU, Tennessee head coach Kim Caldwell said the expectation was for Latham to play in the team’s next matchup. That is today’s game against Coppin State, beginning at 2 p.m. ET and airing on SECN+.
Latham was with the team for the dominant win over the Blue Raiders in Murfreesboro, but did not warm up or play. For the narrow win over Belmont at home the week prior, she was not with the team on the sideline.
