Tennessee football is on the move in the updated Coaches Poll after beating Florida 31-11 in The Swamp. The Vols are now the No. 18 team in the country in the rankings. This is a two-spot jump from No. 20 a week ago.

This leaves UT as the No. 8 team in the SEC. Tennessee trails No. 3 Texas A&M, No. 4 Georgia, No. 6 Ole Miss, No. 8 Oklahoma, No. 10 Alabama, No. 12 Vanderbilt and No. 16 Texas. The Vols jumped Georgia Tech and USC, but remain behind the Longhorns and Virginia.

Leading the poll is Ohio State, which remains undefeated. Then, it’s No. 2 Indiana, No. 5 Oregon, No. 7 Texas Tech and No. 9 Notre Dame rounding out the top-10 of non-SEC squads.

More From RTI: The Sequence That Showed This Time Would Be Different For Tennessee Football At Florida

ESPN is broadcasting Tennessee football’s regular-season finale against Vanderbilt, the SEC announced on Saturday night. The SEC had already announced that the matchup would kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET, but flexed the broadcast rights.

The broadcasting crew is not yet set for the matchup. It will be Tennessee’s first game on ESPN all season.

It’s Tennessee’s sixth afternoon game this season, along with its matchups against ETSU, Georgia, Mississippi State, Arkansas and New Mexico State. The Vols play their fourth night game of the season this week at Florida, along with matchups against Oklahoma, Kentucky and Alabama. Tennessee played just two games in the noon time slot during the regular season.

Tennessee is 8-3 (4-3 SEC) after dominating Florida 31-11 on Saturday night in Gainesville. The Vols are all but eliminated from the College Football Playoffs, but are looking to close the regular season strong with a second straight rivalry win.
