Tennessee Basketball has two representatives speak to the media on Friday morning in Knoxville, with assistant coach Steve McClain and guard Troy Henderson. Both are in their first year with the programs, with McClain joining Rick Barnes’ staff during the offseason and Henderson in the midst of his freshman season with the Vols.
McClain and Henderson hit on a number of topics on Friday, including their thoughts coming out of the win over Louisville on Tuesday in Knoxville. McClain talked about how the team can carry over its success from the Cardinals’ game, while Henderson detailed his role with the team and how he’s looking to carry that out each time he steps on the court.
No. 20 Tennessee (8-3) will return to the court on Sunday for an afternoon game at 3:00 p.m. ET against Gardner-Webb in Knoxville.
