Six Transfers Visiting Tennessee Football On Monday

Monday is a big day for Tennessee football as action in the transfer portal continues to heat up. The Vols are hosting six transfer targets on visits including Penn State defensive linemen Chaz Coleman and Xavier Gilliam, Troy cornerback Jaquez White, North Carolina linebacker Khmori House, Louisiana running back Zylan Perry and Delaware offensive tackle Anwar O’Neal.

White and Perry each confirmed to RTI that they were visiting Tennessee Monday, House posted his visit on X (Twitter), 247sports Matt Zenitz reported the O’Neal visit and On3’s Steve Wiltfong reported the Coleman and Gilliam visits.

Coleman is one of the top players in the entire transfer portal after recording eight tackles, a sack and a forced fumble while battling an injury in his freshman season at Penn State. He previously visited LSU and plans to visit Ohio State following his trip to Tennessee.

Gilliam is down to a top group that includes Indiana and Notre Dame. He played 409 snaps at defensive tackle in his redshirt freshman season at Penn State, totaling 16 tackles, 0.5 sacks and one forced fumble.

White had a standout junior season at Troy, totaling 67 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, one sack and three interceptions over the course of 14 games. He also returned one of the three interceptions for a touchdown.

House is visiting Tennessee after visiting Arkansas over the weekend. The North Carolina transfer linebacker totaled 78 tackles, one sack, one forced fumble and one interception in his sophomore season with the Tar Heels.

Perry has also been linked to Cincinnati, UCF and Florida State this offseason. A Louisiana native, Perry has spent his entire career playing for the Ragin’ Cajuns. He rushed for 689 yards and eight touchdowns during the 2025 season.

Louisville and Mississippi State are also pursuing O’Neal. The Delaware offensive tackle has two years of eligibility after posting a 67.1 PFF grade las year with the Blue Hens.

Tennessee football has been extremely active in the transfer portal since it officially opened on Friday. The Vols have been linked to a multitude transfers and have hosted a number on visits. Kansas State defensive back Qua Moss is currently the only transfer committed to Tennessee.
