The transfer portal is officially open, and Tennessee football has already lost 22 players to it, along with a long list of graduates. While the Vols have landed one transfer so far, safety Qua Moss from Kansas State, and put together an impressive high school signing class, there is still plenty of work to be done to retool the roster.
