Thursday marked the NBA trade deadline passing as teams across the league made moves to position themselves for the future. With Tennessee basketball’s surge under Rick Barnes, the Vols have pumped out talent into the league in recent years.
As Tennessee players continue to populate rosters, it also means there’s increased risk of a former Vol being tied into a trade at the deadline. This year, the only one on the move was Chicago Bulls forward Julian Phillips, who was moved to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
