Pair Of Tennessee Basketball Signees To Play In Iverson Classic International Game

Two of Tennessee basketball’s three prep signees are competing in the first ever Iverson Classic international game in a Team USA vs. Team World format. The high school All-American event has existed for a decade but this year is the first with the Team USA vs. Team World format.

Tennessee signee Ralph Scott is playing for Team World in the event while signee Manny Green is playing for Team USA in the event.

Scott is a Bermuda native who plays his prep basketball at IMG Academy. From our research, Scott will be the first ever men’s college basketball player from Bermuda. He committed to Tennessee back in September over Houston, Purdue and Texas A&M.

The 6-foot-8 wing ranks as a four-star recruit and the No. 53 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. He also ranks as the No. 22 small forward in his class.

“On the visit I just felt a really good environment,” Scott told RTI of his commitment. “I really enjoyed being there. Obviously, the coaching staff is amazing. Coach Barnes, he’s a great coach and I just felt a real connection with him when I got there.”

Green is an Atlanta native who committed to Tennessee over Auburn, Cal, Georgia Tech and South Florida back in September. The 6-foot-6 guard ranks as a four-star recruit and the No. 137 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. 247sports own rankings are higher on Green, tabbing him as the No. 100 overall player in the 2026 class and the No. 4 player in the state of Georgia.

“I feel like it’s the right spot because they have a good opportunity. High power four, elite program,” Green told RTI. “It fits me and the grit that I play with. It fits right around with me. … Everything that comes with the school just fits me.”

Tennessee’s third signee in the 2026 recruiting cycle is three-star point guard Marquis Clark. The Vols’ three-player signing class ranks No. 23 nationally and No. 7 in the SEC according to the 247sports team rankings.

The Iverson Classic Team USA vs. Team World game is on May 2 in Hampton, Virginia.
