Eight teams will compete in the quarterfinal round of the SEC Tournament from Nashville on Friday afternoon, looking to punch their tickets to the semi-finals on Saturday. Friday’s slate will feature the arrival of the top four seeds in the tournament field, including 1-seed Florida, 2-seed Alabama, 3-seed Arkansas, and 4-seed Vanderbilt. The other competitors include 5-seed Tennessee, 9-seed Kentucky, 11-seed Oklahoma, and 15-seed Ole Miss.
Thursday’s round of games saw three teams, 6-seed Texas A&M, 7-seed Georgia, and 8-seed Missouri, all take upset losses in their first game at Bridgestone Arena.
Friday’s slate includes (1) Florida vs (9) Kentucky, (4) Vanderbilt vs (5) Tennessee, (15) Ole Miss vs (2) Alabama, and (3) Arkansas vs (11) Oklahoma.
