WATCH: Tennessee and Miami (OH) Preview First-Round Matchup From Philadelphia

6-seed Tennessee and 11-seed Miami (OH) will battle in a first-round NCAA Tournament matchup from Philadelphia on Friday afternoon, with the winner moving on to the second round to face either 3-seed Virginia or 14-seed Wright State on Sunday. The Redhawks earned their spot against the Vols by defeating SMU in a First Four game on Wednesday night.

Ahead of Friday’s 6-11 matchup, Tennessee and Miami (OH) both held press conferences on Thursday afternoon. Tennessee’s press conference featured head coach Rick Barnes, Ja’Kobi Gillespie, and Nate Ament, while Miami’s featured head coach Travis Steele and his players.

Tennessee and Miami (OH) will square off at 4:25 p.m. ET on Friday afternoon in the Xfinity Mobile Arena.
