Tennessee Football’s Mic’d Up series continued with practice on Wednesday morning, with the latest video featuring Vols offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Joey Halzle. The former Oklahoma quarterback and longtime Josh Heupel assistant is entering his sixth season with the Vols and his fourth season as Tennessee’s offensive coordinator.
Much of the video centered around Halzle’s work with the Vols’ quarterback room. Tennessee is working through a quarterback battle this offseason that features redshirt freshman George MacIntyre (#15), true freshman Faizon Brandon (#11), and Colorado transfer Ryan Staub (#17).
