
Tennessee basketball has signed four prep prospects in 2026 recruiting cycle as the Vols put the final touches on their roster for the 2026-27 season. The Vols signed Ralph Scott, Manny Green and Marquis Clark back in November before signing Chris Washington Jr last month.
Three-star center Favour Ibe visited Tennessee over the weekend so we’ll see if Tennessee gets that one to the finish line. But for now, Tennessee has four transfers who play the one through four spots.
Rivals released its final player rankings on Monday morning with two commits landing in the top 150. Here’s where all of Tennessee’s incoming freshmen rank.

Chris Washington Jr
Washington ranks as a four-star recruit and the No. 47 player in the country according to the Rivals rankings. He also ranks as the No. 16 small forward and the top player in the state of Tennessee in the 2026 recruiting cycle.
A 6-foot-9 wing, Washington chose Tennessee over Villanova, Auburn, Ole Miss and Southern Cal. While he plays on the wing, he’s capable of playing as a stretch-four man.
A standout at Providence Christian Academy in Murfreesboro, Washington was a nominee for the Mr. Basketball Award in Tennessee. He helped lead Providence Academy to a 29-6 record and a Division II-A State Championship in his senior season.
Ralph Scott
Scott ranks as a four-star recruit and the No. 80 player in the country according to the Rivals rankings. A standout at IMG Academy, Scott also ranks as the No. 29 small forward in the 2026 recruiting cycle.
A 6-foot-8 wing, Scott was Tennessee’s first commit in the cycle when he chose the Vols over Purdue, Houston and Texas A&M.
Scott played his prep basketball at IMG Academy in Florida but is a Bermuda native. He will be one of the first ever men’s college basketball players from Bermuda.
Manny Green
Green is unranked in the Rivals top 150, but ranks as a three-star recruit and the No. 142 player in the country according to the Rivals industry rankings. A standout at Cedar Grove High School in Atlanta, Green ranks as the No. 36 small forward and No. 6 player in the state of Georgia in the 2026 cycle.
The 6-foot-6 guard committed to Tennessee over a group that included Auburn, Cal, Georgia Tech and South Florida back in October.
Green averaged 25 points, 10 rebounds and five assists per game in his senior regular season. Cedar Grove went 21-6 in the regular season before winning one game and losing in the Sweet 16 of the Georgia AAA State Tournament.
Marquis Clark
Clark is unranked in the Rivals top 150, but ranks as a three-star recruit and the No. 222 player in the country according to the Rivals industry rankings. He also ranks as the No. 36 point guard and the No. 3 player in the state of Illinois in 2026 recruiting cycle.
A 6-foot-2 guard, Clark committed to Tennessee over a number of mid major programs including Southern Illinois back October.
Clark finished his stories high school career with a dominant senior season at Chicago’s Whitney Young High School. Clark averaged 30 points, eight rebounds and five assists per game as the Dolphins posted a 22-8 record.
