Tennessee football’s priority running back target, five-star David Gabriel Georges, is no longer taking an official visit to see Georgia, Rivals reported on Wednesday. This means the premier back is down to just three schools after taking an official visit to each. He will decide between the Vols, Ohio State and Ole Miss.
Gabriel Georges started his string of official visits by seeing the Buckeyes. After that trip, a lot of buzz came out about how well things went and predictions began to be logged for OSU to land his commitment. However, the following weekend, Gabriel Georges made the trip to Tennessee. With Alvin Kamara in attendance, that visit was also hit out of the park, putting UT right back in the thick of it. This past weekend, he went to see Ole Miss.
At the moment, Gabriel Georges has a commitment date set for July 22. However, with official visits done, that timeline could be moved up. He is yet to make an announcement about any potential updates to his timeline, though.
