Tennessee Basketball appears set to have its first three-man NBA Draft class since 2019 with this week’s event in Brooklyn on Tuesday and Wednesday night. The Vols have Nate Ament as a projected first-rounder, and Ja’Kobi Gillespie and Felix Okpara as projected second-round prospects.
Tennessee previously sent Grant Williams, Admiral Schofield, and Jordan Bone to the league in 2019, which is a program-high under Rick Barnes heading into the 2026 draft.
In total, Barnes has sent 10 players to the league through the draft during his tenure in Knoxville. After having no one drafted in 2020, Tennessee has sent at least one player to the league in every draft since. The Vols had two in 2021, one in 2022, one in 2023, one in 2024, and two in 2025.
